Copywriting by Lisa ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through copywritingbylisa.com, why, and what rights you have over it, in line with the GDPR and French data-protection law.
1. Who is responsible for your data.
The data controller is Copywriting by Lisa, [[CLIENT: full legal name]], 225 Av. Pasteur, 77550 Moissy-Cramayel, France. For any privacy question or request, contact support@copywritingbylisa.com.

We never collect card numbers, expiry dates or CVC codes on our servers or in our storage. On this site's demo checkout, card fields exist only in your browser for the length of the (simulated) transaction and are never sent to us, stored, or included in your order.
3. Who receives this data.
This data stays with Copywriting by Lisa. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. It may be shared with: our hosting provider, to the extent necessary to run the site ([[CLIENT: hosting provider name]]); Google, only if you accept the Analytics cookie category (Google Analytics 4) — see our Cookie Policy, including that this may involve a transfer of data to the United States under Google's standard contractual clauses; a payment provider, once real payment processing is enabled on this site (it is not, at present — see the notice on the payment step of checkout).
4. How long we keep it.
Enquiry and order data: for the duration of our business relationship, then archived for the legal periods that apply to commercial and accounting records under French law. Analytics data: per Google Analytics 4's default retention settings, or as configured once analytics is enabled. Cart contents stored in your browser: cleared automatically after checkout, or manually by clearing your browser storage.
5. Your rights.
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email support@copywritingbylisa.com — we respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés), the French data protection authority, at www.cnil.fr.
6. Cookies.
This site uses cookies. Essential cookies run at all times; analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) load only after you actively consent. See our Cookie Policy for the full list and how to change your choice at any time.
7. Security.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including serving this site exclusively over HTTPS and not storing payment data anywhere in our systems.
