Pricing
Are the prices on this site final, or is there always a follow-up quote?
Final for anything in the catalogue; any add-ons you select are shown before you pay, and no VAT is added on top. Only a custom scope needs a conversation.
Do the prices include VAT?
There's nothing to include — Copywriting by Lisa is not VAT-registered (TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI), so no VAT is ever added, for any customer or country. The price shown is the price you pay.
What if the package I need isn't listed?
Request a custom scope via the contact form.
Can I combine packages from different services in one order?
Yes — your cart holds as many packages and add-ons as you like; monthly retainer lines are grouped separately.
Process
What happens right after I check out?
We confirm your project brief within one business day and schedule the start and draft dates against your package's stated turnaround.
How many revision rounds do I get?
Two, included on every tier. Additional rounds are available as an add-on (€180 flat).
Do I need to get on a call?
Not required for one-off tiers except Brand Messaging's Press/Edition, which include a working session. Otherwise everything runs by email/brief unless you ask for a call.
What do you need from me to get started?
The project brief (from checkout), any existing brand assets or links, and a point of contact for revision feedback.
Delivery
What format do I receive the copy in?
A clean, ready-to-paste document (typically a shared Google Doc), formatted per the deliverable (page, email, article).
How long does a project take?
Varies per tier — see the turnaround stated on each package; the Priority turnaround add-on halves it, subject to availability.
What if I need this faster than the stated turnaround?
Add Priority turnaround (+30%) at checkout, subject to availability.
Do you write directly into my website or ESP?
No — copy is delivered as a document; you (or your developer) publish it. You keep full control of your own systems.

What payment methods do you accept?
Card payment via our checkout. You see exactly what's charged before you confirm — the price shown is the price you pay, with no VAT added.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes — a receipt/invoice showing your order and business details is available after checkout.
What's your cancellation policy?
Free up to 5 working days before your start date; 50% mobilisation fee inside that window. Full terms on our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
I'm outside France — does anything change?
No — we don't add VAT for anyone, regardless of where you're based, so pricing is identical. Delivery is identical too.
